Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management has hired two associates covering the UK and Turkey.

Umit Kumecal joins as a sales program associate, working with Meltem Cagano on the Turkish business. He joins from Citi Private Bank in London, where he worked as a coverage banker for Turkey.
