Morgan Stanley has continued to build its operations in Asia by appointing a former Credit Suisse banker as its chief operating officer in China.

Carlos Oyarbide rejoins the firm after four years at Credit Suisse, most recently as head of the bank's Asian financial institutions group outside Japan.
