Morgan Stanley Investment Management has acquired a 5% stake in Paris-based investment firm Tikehau Capital Advisors, the French firm said in an announcement.

The bank’s investment is part of a €300m capital raise, of which €195m has been from new shareholders including Morgan Stanley, according to a Tikehau’s spokesman.
