Morgan Stanley wins France Télécom role

Morgan Stanley has emerged as the last bank advising France Télécom alongside Rothschild for one of the world's biggest ever debt restructurings.

The mandate, which Morgan Stanley declined to comment on, emerged on the same day that the US bank's equity analysts downgraded France Télécom.
