Karen Morgan Thomas, a partner in the board practice at the search firm Odgers Ray & Berndtson, has left the company to set up her own search boutique, the second senior member of Odgers to do so in the past week.

She said her firm, Karen Morgan Thomas Partners, would focus on asset and wealth management and private equity roles, as well as positions in the sporting world and in charities.
