Morgan StanleyâÂÂs top European dealmaker, Michael Zaoui, is planning his next move in the investment banking industry after deciding to step down from the US bank after more than 20 years.
Zaoui, chairman of European mergers and acquisition and vice chairman of institutional securities, told Financial News: "For over 20 years - a long time on Wall Street - I have worked for one firm. It is a great firm with great people and I have had a great time, but on a personal level I feel it is the right time to move on."
