As commercial property continues to suffer from subdued demand, two of the UK's leading asset managers, Morley Fund Management and Henderson Global Investors, are stepping up their efforts in the property sector.

Morley has bolstered its property team in the UK with two new hires. Sarah Woods joins the team as a fund manager and will be responsible for strategy at both a property and fund level. Woods previously spent for four years as an investment agent at FPD Savills, the property firm.
