Morley Fund Management, the UK fund arm of the life insurer Aviva, has hired two fund managers in London for US equities and axed two jobs in its UK and European equity research team.

Penny Kyle has been recruited from American Express Asset Management as head of US equities, and Alex Ingham has been hired from Aberdeen Asset Management as US equities fund manager.
