Morley Fund Management has appointed two asset managers and a research analyst to its property team, which manages over £10bn (€14.7bn) of UK property assets.

Helen Batten has joined Morley's pooled pension fund as an asset manager. She joins from King Sturge, where she was a senior associate. She reports to Colin Laxton, head of external property funds. Ian Evans, fund manager, is the other member of the pooled pension fund team.
