Morley Fund Management has appointed a director from Henderson Global Investors as European head of its equities division, rounding off a revamp in the £58bn (€85bn) unit which began at the start of the year.

John Botham, a former director of pan-European equities at Henderson, will join Morley's European equities business to run a team responsible for 15 funds with £2.8bn under management.
