Morley Fund Management, the UK asset management arm of insurer Aviva, has hired two from hedge fund manager Progressive Alternative Investments to join its UK equity team.

Ian Lancaster and James Follows were manager and assistant manager respectively of the Elite MoneyGuru income-with-growth trust, a high alpha equity fund that they will bring with them to Morley.
