Mark Skinner, Mark Hilliam and Greg Jones will join John Duffield's New Star Asset Management in May, with Skinner leading Hilliam and Jones as managing director of retail sales and marketing.

Skinner is currently director of sales and marketing of investment funds at Morley Fund Management, the autonomous asset management arm of insurer CGNU. Before that he worked for Baring Asset Management.
