One of the City’s most senior women has written to 75 top finance firms, calling on them to use lessons learnt from the coronavirus crisis to solve the Square Mile's stark lack of diversity.  

In her capacity as the chair of the Diversity Project, a UK group promoting diversity in the investment sector, Dame Helena Morrissey urged the world's biggest finance firms to permanently overhaul their way of working to promote more women to senior roles.
