Financial News last night hosted its 15th annual Trading & Technology Awards Europe. The awards celebrate the success stories of trading and technology firms operating in, and supporting, the financial markets over the past year. The winners were announced at a gala event at London's V&A Museum.

Since launching just two years ago, RSRCHXchange, a cloud-based marketplace for buying and selling investment research, has amassed more than 1,000 asset management firms as users and 200 research providers – roughly a quarter of whom are banks and brokers. More are set to sign up to the RSRCHX service as fund managers prepare to meet Mifid II’s new requirements on unbundling research and trade execution costs, set to kick in next year.
