Leading law firms and regulatory experts are today launching a service to help UK pension funds and institutions claim hundreds of millions owing to them from US shareholder settlements.

Many have been victims of fraud such as Enron and WorldCom and have failed to claim millions of pounds owing to them each year from US shareholder settlements.
