Japanese bank MUFG has promoted a senior dealmaker to run its investment banking coverage efforts in the European Union.

Genoveva Ramon-Borja has been named head of EU corporate coverage for MUFG, according to a statement from the bank, which sees her take control of the Japanese bank’s business in France.
