Israel A. Englander's Managed Accounts and Prime Services division, a multi-prime brokerage services firm for mid-sized hedge funds, has named Brett Langbert as managing director for the firm, where he will be responsible for directing sales & distribution. Prior to joining MA&PS, Langbert was president and chief operating officer of HedgeCo Networks and president of HedgeCo Securities.
