Schroder Investment Management will use analyst forecast information from Multex as part of an enhanced web-based research desktop solution provided to the UK fund manager by the global provider of investment information and technology solutions.

Multex Estimates provides a wide range of detailed forecast information of earnings, sales, profitability, cash flow and other key metrics, for almost every public company in the world. The move follows a qualitative review by Schroders of its incumbent estimates information provider earlier this year. Schroders opted for Multex as its data offering was not limited to the major markets and its data standards were equally high in the developing markets covered by Schroders.
