Nabarro Wells, the UK corporate finance boutique, has hired Richard Swindells, a former director of Panmure Gordon and part of the team that turned around investment bank Durlacher, as a director.

Swindells was most recently director of corporate finance at stockbroker Panmure Gordon, and held the same position at Durlacher, which merged with Panmure in April last year.
