NAPF gives guidance on

Pension fund body challenges companies to improve disclosure

About 400 UK companies were sent guidance last week by the National Association of Pension Funds on what investors expect from non-executive directors.

The report challenges companies to improve their disclosure. For example, firms are urged to reveal in their accounts the number of days that each outside director spends in the job.
