Nasdaq Europe changes trading rules to boost liquidity

Nasdaq Europe has changed its regulations for its traded stocks and will temporarily halt trading in as many as 253 companies this week in an attempt to boost liquidity.

The move is part of Nasdaq Europe's wider strategy of establishing itself as a trading platform for pan-European and US technology stocks and blue chips, instead of just an IPO platform for European technology stocks.
