Nasdaq OMX Europe, the fledgling trading system aiming to challenge Europe’s largest stock exchanges, has appointed three non-executive directors including two former London Stock Exchange employees.
Nasdaq OMX Europe, which is struggling to attract market share five weeks after launch, has named Marc Bailey, Paul Henderson and Alan Gibbins as non-executive directors, individuals the company's chief executive Charlotte Crosswell said "have proven experience and a reputation for guiding business growth".
