NatWest Development Capital, part of Royal Bank of Scotland's private equity group, has hired Hazel McIntyre as a director in its Scottish office, as part of its regional expansion.

McIntyre has worked in a variety of corporate finance roles at RBS, most recently in the leveraged finance department. She was a director responsible for providing senior and mezzanine finance in support of leveraged buy-out, buy-in and acquisition deals throughout Scotland. She worked on deals including the £38m (€62m) management buy-in of Prestwick Airport.
