NatWest employee with cancer wins £2m unfair dismissal case

The senior NatWest worker who was made redundant while undergoing treatment for bowel cancer won her case against the bank.

The Central London Employment Tribunal found “clear evidence of discriminatory intent” by the NatWest managers of Adeline Willis, according to a statement by Constantine Law, who represent her. She is seeking damages in excess of £2m.
