NatWest has hiked bonuses for top staff by 27% as the UK lender’s trading arm returned to profit.

NatWest paid an average bonus of £192,968 to its so-called material risk takers for 2024, according to its annual report. That represents a 27% jump on 2023 when the average bonus was £151,574.
