Masroor Siddiqui's $1.5 billion hedge fund Naya Management has hired a Goldman Sachs consumer marketing analyst to help hone its sales strategy, with the US bank turning to Citigroup to fill the resulting vacancy.
Lucinda O'Connor, an executive director at Goldman Sachs who joined in 2011 from Credit Suisse, left the US bank and joined the London-based hedge fund Naya Management as its head of marketing in September, according to a person familiar with the hire.
