Kevin Durant is listed as the Spac’s co-chief executive officer

NBA star Kevin Durant aims to launch a $200m blank-cheque company, making him the latest celebrity to get in on the Spac craze.

The special-purpose acquisition company is Infinite Acquisition, which plans to merge with a company in one or more of the following sectors: sports, health, sustainable food technology and cryptocurrency. Spacs can take public companies that lie outside their intended sectors.
