Ban NDAs in sexual harassment cases, MPs urge amid ‘shocking’ abuse in finance

Non-disclosure agreements must be banned in sexual harassment cases, the Treasury Committee said, after uncovering “shocking” abuse and misconduct in financial services.

The influential group of MPs said it was time to bring the “era of impunity” to an end, calling for stronger protection for whistleblowers reporting non-financial misconduct and a zero-tolerance approach towards abuse and bullying.
