New Enterprise Associates, the technology venture capital firm, has opened its second office in India in a month.

Ben Mathias will spearhead the new office in Mumbai, in addition to working closely with the US technology team in making up to $200m (€152.2m) in regional technology investments. Mathias launched the firm's new office in Bangalore last month.
