Neil Woodford, once Britain’s best-selling fund manager, says the UK equity market is failing startups, and government reforms to make London a more attractive listing destination are unlikely to arrest its decline.

The 64-year-old, whose Woodford Investment Management collapsed in 2019 trapping around 300,000 retail investors, made a surprise return this month with the launch of a new economics blog.
