A Goldman Sachs partner and head of securities division distribution for the Middle East and North Africa is retiring, Financial News has learned.

Neil Wright, who joined Goldman in 1999 and has been based in Dubai since 2010, will retire at the end of this year and become an advisory director, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
