NeoNet Securities, a provider of real-time equity trading services has appointed Timothy Randall senior sales trader.

Randall joins the company from Instinet Corporation, the global electronic agency broker, where as manager of Cross Time Zone he managed the execution of local and ordinary shares in London. Prior to that he was manager of international equities for Instinet in New York. While there, he implemented marketing strategies and sales trading for Instinet's top tier institutional accounts.
