NeoNet, the neutral agency broker, has appointed Per Andersson to the newly-created position of global head of sales as part of its expansion strategy.

Andersson joins from software maker Orc, where he was head of business development and strategic alliances, and global head of sales. He also was responsible for establishing Orc's North American business.
