Net.IPO, a German online investment bank, has bagged Patrik Zeigherman for its executive board, the latest internet company to lure a member from the more traditional 'bricks and mortar' investment community.

Zeigherman was previously vice-president at Merrill Lynch and was responsible for executing international mergers and acquisitions mandates and capital markets transactions.
