The Neuer Markt could see a revival in initial public offerings this year as more companies are considering floating on Germany's high growth market, according to a survey by Handelsblatt, the German newspaper.

The Nemax all share index, the performance indicator for all Neuer Markt companies, currently stands at 1,193.29, up 72% from its low of 693 on September 21, 2001.
