The Neuer Markt will celebrate its fourth birthday this weekend by launching an aggressive push to attract new issues from Scandinavia and Southern Europe.
The move is an attempt to boost what appear to be slowing new issue volumes in the German domestic market. The Neuer Markt is also looking to defend its traditional position as the largest and most international growth market in Europe in the face of a concerted campaign launched this week by TechMark, its London rival.
