Instinet's new Europe chief plans expansion

Jean-Marc Bouhelier, chief operating officer of Instinet, has become chief executive for Europe, where he intends to gain market share for the trading network group, which is 63% owned by Reuters.

He has replaced Les Brady, acting chief executive, who has left the company.
