Altgate Capital and the Allenbridge Group are the latest to provide hedge fund-related services that aim to add transparency to the alternative investment market.

Set up by Goldman Sachs alumni, Altgate will launch early next year to provide access to hedge funds, along with research and advice. At a later date, private equity will be added.
