Quality Software Products (QSP), the financial information solutions provider, plans to hire a third non-excecutive director in the near future to strengthen its board.

In addition to the future hire the QSP board is going through a period of change. Alan Benjamin, non-executive chairman, and Dennis Stock, non-executive director, have both retired. In addition, John Fermoile, director and company secretary, has stepped down.
