Computershare, the global share registry, has made two appointments to bolster its move into the managed services outsourcing market in Europe.

Rob Chapman, a former EDS Corporation executive, has been appointed managing director, Europe, replacing Iain Saville who stepped down from his post as non-executive director several months ago. Chapman will take up his new position in early June.
