New Mountain enters Europe with Alexander Mann buyout

The New York private equity firm set up by the co-founder of Goldman Sachs’ leveraged buyout group has agreed its first deal in Europe

New Mountain Capital, the New York private equity firm set up by the co-founder of Goldman Sachs’ leveraged buyout group, has agreed its first deal in Europe.

The firm has bought recruitment process outsourcing business Alexander Mann Solutions from London-based buyout house Graphite Capital for £260 million, according to a statement.
