SV Life Sciences, an international life sciences venture capital firm, has announced the appointments of Darren Black as managing partner and Tom Flynn as partner.

Black, who joined SVLS in 2003, will continue to focus on his areas of expertise, healthcare services, pharmaceutical services and healthcare information technology. Prior to joining SVLS, he was a co-founder and president of ClinCare, a site management organisation.
