New Peak Capital Partners, whose co-founder and chief investment officer Massimo Bertoli was named one of Financial News's Rising Stars of Hedge Funds last year, has added to its partnership roster for the first time since gaining regulatory approval in 2012.

The firm, which is based on London's Piccadilly, promoted Edouard Baldini to partner at the start of this month, according to filings made by the limited liability partnership at Companies House and the Financial Services Register.
