Jitesh Gadhia, a director at ABN Amro Corporate Finance, has lead his first mergers and acquisitions deal for the bank since joining in March, advising Australian life assurer AMP on its acquisition of UK financial adviser Towry Law.
Gadhia joined soon after having completed a Sloan Fellowship at the London Business School. Prior to that he was chief executive of Manek Investment Management, a UK-based unit trust manager. Almost immediately after joining, he began work on the AMP/Towry Law deal.
