New SJP boss James Rainbow scoops £2m share award after giving up Schroders deal

Chief executive of SJP Wealth Management will have to stick with the firm for three years to collect over 200,000 vesting shares

St James’s Place has awarded new executive James Rainbow £2.1m worth of shares.

Rainbow, who joined on 1 April as chief executive of SJP Wealth Management, was granted 202,907 of ordinary shares on 12 May, calculated at a price of £10.16 per share, according to a 14 May stock filing.
