Newly-floated ISE delivers 20% profits rise

The International Securities Exchange, the all-electronic US options exchange, increased after-tax profits by a fifth in the three months to the end of March.

In March, the ISE became the first US options exchange to float when it began trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley were joint bookrunners with five co-managers.
