UBS revealed today that inflows into its Asian wealth management business were positive in the second quarter, which helped to offset some of the pain in its wider wealth management business. The bank would be wise to consolidate its success in the region.

Altogether UBS said outflows from its Swiss and international wealth businesses reached SFr16.5bn, compared with SFr23.4bn in the previous quarter.
