Bank of America Securities has hired Edward Charles as European head of structured products ¨and Ashwin Kumar as European head of interest rate derivatives trading. Charles joins from Credit Suisse First Boston in London where he was head of tax and credit structuring. He will co-ordinate origination and execution of credit, tax overlay, repackaging and pension products. Kumar was previously at Commerzbank in New York where he was head of dollar interest rate trading.
