Ralf Sernau, the former head of equity sales in Germany at Lehman Brothers, and Nicola Cain have joined the equity team at BNP Paribas.

Sernau will become deputy head of equity sales in Germany, based in Frankfurt. Cain joins the European equity sales team in London from Commerzbank, where she worked in equity sales.
