Bridgepoint Capital, the UK private equity firm formerly known as Natwest Equity Partners, has made a number of promotions throughout its European offices.

Former investment directors David Holme and Simone Arnaboldi have become directors in London and Milan respectively. Holme, who will be one of 12 directors at the London office, specialises in support services and most recently acted on the £76m (€120m) acquisition of Spring Skills and Spring Education. In Paris, Pierre Olivier Barennes and Xavier Robert have been made investment directors, as have Christopher Busby in Norway and Maria Groen in London.
